Reimbursement for Care

GeoBlue strives to direct travelers to facilities with which they have a direct financial relationship to avoid out-of-pocket costs. However, this is not always possible in all locations abroad, and sometimes it is necessary to pay up-front and file a claim for reimbursement.

Student Claims

As of January 1, 2025, the way students submit claims will depend on the claim's date of service (i.e., the date of a doctor’s appointment, therapy session, or purchase of prescription medication). Follow the instructions below to expedite your claim with GeoBlue. 

Kellogg students should follow instructions for Services in 2025 when submitting 2024 and 2025 claims.

Student Claims for Services in 2024

Submit claims electronically through the GeoBlue Mobile App or . 

  1. Register using your unique certificate number assigned after enrollment to access the app or Member Hub.
  2. Attach the required documentation (itemized bill including the provider's name and address, patient's name, date(s) of service, amount charged for each service, total amount charged, and diagnosis or reason for treatment).
  3. Before submitting your claim, log into the and verify where you want the check sent. If possible, use a permanent address instead of an address abroad. To verify or change your address, log into your account, click on "Enrollment Details," then "Edit Contact Information," and submit.
  4. File your claim as soon as possible after the service to ensure timely payment. All claims must be filed within twelve (12) months of the date of service.
  5. Kellogg students should follow instructions for Services in 2025 when submitting 2024 and 2025 claims.

Student Claims for Services in 2025

  1. Complete the student claim form. The 台湾裸聊直播 Student ID number (GTB9999NWBKT) has been prefilled on the form. Kellogg students should use the student claim form for services in 2024 and 2025. 
  2. Attach the required documentation (itemized bill including the provider's name and address, patient's name, date(s) of service, amount charged for each service, total amount charged, and diagnosis or reason for treatment).
  3. Email the claim form and documentation to claims@geo-blue.com.
  4. File your claim as soon as possible after the service to ensure timely payment. All claims must be filed within twelve (12) months of the date of service.

Employee Claims

  1. Complete the employee claim form. The 台湾裸聊直播 Employee ID number (QHG9999NWBTY) has been prefilled on the form.
  2. A spouse or dependent submitting a claim must reference the employee's name on the claim form under “Name of Insured Member.”
  3. Attach the required documentation (itemized bill including the provider's name and address, patient's name, date(s) of service, amount charged for each service, total amount charged, and diagnosis or reason for treatment).
  4. Email the claim form and documentation to claims@geo-blue.com.
  5. File your claim as soon as possible after the service to ensure timely payment. All claims must be filed within six (6) months of the date of service.
