Congratulations! You've been approved for study abroad now what?

Below is a quick summary of initial steps to confirm your participation in the program and begin preparing to depart.

Commit to your Program

Your first step is to commit to your program within two (2) weeks of your approval/acceptance notification.

What does it mean to 鈥渃ommit鈥 to a 台湾裸聊直播 program?

  • For a 台湾裸聊直播 program, changing your status in the GLO Portal from “accepted” to “committed” and signing the confirmation form means that you are accepting your spot and will participate in the program.
  • Your spot in the program is not guaranteed until you have committed. Your spot will be released to another student if all steps are not completed within two(2) weeks of your acceptance notification and there is a waitlist for your program.
  • Because some 台湾裸聊直播 programs can be competitive, we ask you to be respectful of your fellow applicants. If you are certain you want to go, please commit now. Likewise, if you are no longer interested, please decline your acceptance so that other students might be accommodated.
  • If you withdraw after committing, you will be subject to a fee based on the timing of your withdrawal. Financial, Withdrawal, and Cancellation policies for 台湾裸聊直播 Programs.

What does it mean to 鈥渃ommit鈥 to a Partner, Exchange, or Independent program?

  • Changing your status in the GLO Portal from “approved” to “committed” indicates to GLO that you have decided to participate in this program.
  • Even if you have not yet received an admission notification from your program, we ask that you make your choice and commit to a program within two(2) weeks to indicate your intent to participate.
  • Committing helps GLO know how many students are serious about study abroad and helps us prepare to assist you through the next phase.
  • There is no financial obligation to commit to a partner, exchange, or independent program, nor is there a financial penalty through 台湾裸聊直播 if you withdraw after committing. You are bound by the Financial, Withdrawal, and Cancellation policies for Partner, Exchange, and Independent Programs.

How do I change my status to committed?

  • Log into and click on your program application.
  • From your post-acceptance home page, you should see a purple button labeled “Commit” and a yellow button labeled “Decline”.
  • Click the purple Commit button.
    • If you are not able to participate in the program, click the Decline button.
  • Sign the Confirmation Form.

Complete Pre-Departure Requirements

Once you have been approved to study abroad, you will move into the “post-decision” phase in the GLO Application Portal.

In this phase, there are a number of tasks you must complete in order to maintain your eligibility and prepare to study abroad. Spend some time looking through the requirements as some will take more time than others.
