GLO Advisers specialize by region. To receive the best advice, please schedule an appointment with the appropriate adviser. If you walk in to the office without an appointment, we will do our best to assist you, but an adviser/your preferred adviser may not be available.

Study Abroad Advising

After exploring programs and narrowing your interest, talk specifics with a GLO Adviser! Appointments are available for general advising, location*/program or group advising. 

*If interested in programs in multiple countries or regions, please only schedule an initial appointment for one program/region.

Financial Aid Advising

We encourage all financial aid recipients to schedule an appointment for Study Abroad Financial Aid advising or by emailing undergradaid@u.northwestern.edu.  or  in the financial aid office can advise study abroad students about financial aid, scholarships, budgeting, and billing.

You can request a financial aid estimate for your study abroad program by emailing undergradaid@u.northwestern.edu. Be sure to include your desired program, term, and student ID.
