Opening Reception - METAMORPHOSIS: The Art of Transformation

The 2025 Dittmar Memorial Gallery Community Show, Metamorphosis: The Art of Transformation, curated by Elyse Malamud and Gabby Gutierrez, investigates the mediums artists use and how unique applications of artistic media can tell stories of change, evolution, and transformation. We explore the question: How can the evolution of art mirror the evolution of ourselves and the world? for the opening reception on February 13, 6:00 to 8:00 PM.


Random Acts of Kindness Week: Card Making for Hospitalized Kids

February 13, 4:00-6:00 PM, Annenberg Hall, Cycle Center, Rm 138

! Everyone is welcome! We will be making cards for hospitalized kids and will also have card supplies to make gratitude cards. The SESP Teaching, Learning, & Education Program will be providing all of the materials.

We will mail the completed cards to a local charity, Cards for Hospitalized Kids, to be distributed so they can provide joy, care, and support to hospitalized children.

Wellness Coaching is a collaborative, non-judgmental process that can help you identify and achieve your health and wellness goals, balance dimensions of health and wellness, and learn practical skills to improve overall well-being. Coaches work with you during Wellness Coaching to build on your strengths and support you in creating sustainable plans to achieve your wellness goals related to physical activity, sleep, healthy eating, time management, and stress management/coping skills.

HPaW Opioid Overdose Prevention and Naloxone Training

This one-hour training is for students interested in being trained to administer Narcan (naloxone). Attendees will learn how to recognize signs of an opioid overdose, identify when it is appropriate to use Narcan, learn how to administer Narcan to an individual they believe is experiencing an overdose, and identify additional emergency steps to take. All attendees will receive a two-pack of Narcan upon completion of the training. 


Sonic Boom: Sound Meditation Experience

with Preston Klik, renowned sound artist, and Eric Budzynski on the majestic Alice Millar Chapel organ. Let waves of crystal bowls, gongs, and pipe organ resonance wash over you in this deep somatic soundscape of immersive experience! All are welcome!

She offers complimentary nutrition counseling services and is dedicated to helping students where they are to achieve a healthier lifestyle through nutrition, mindful eating, and physical activity. Student Affairs manages the Student Activities Assistance Fund, which supports hundreds of student requests for reimbursement for personal expenses related to their student org or fraternity/sorority chapter.
