Budget Model Reform
The governance structure is established to support decision-making throughout the project's lifecycle. ̨ÍåÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ drives the project, and the consultant has been engaged to facilitate the budget reform process.
Executive Committee​
Monthly progress will be reported to senior leadership that sits above the Steering Committee, aligning on key decisions and milestones.

Office of Budget and Planning
•The Office of Budget and Planning plays a primary role in project management, communications, and data collection. •The Office of Budget and Planning meets with the consultant weekly for status reports and provides input on data trends, quality, nuances, and governance, as needed.

Campus SME’s and Stakeholders
Relevant SMEs will be consulted during the model design and implementation phases, as needed, when discussing topics that involve their areas of expertise. Campus stakeholders will be engaged through interviews and workshops during the discovery phase. The model will be reviewed with various stakeholder groups to solicit feedback and refine the model as needed during socialization and implementation.
